David DuBois holds a B.A. in History from Harding University, and an M.B.A.  in finance and real estate from Southern Methodist University.  Upon graduation from SMU, he was hired by Republic National Bank of Dallas as a credit analyst. However, at the end of a year, he left RNB to become a stockbroker with White Weld & Co.   Although  an exciting and challenging field, he still wanted to embark upon a career of commercial real estate brokerage, and within a couple of years, he joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial office in Dallas.  Three years later he had obtained his brokers’ license and left CB to go to a more independent setting.  As his own boss, he has enjoyed the freedom to choose the projects he works on, rather than ones to which he might be assigned.  This strategy has proven very rewarding.  Please see the “Testimonials” page.
